In our usual production, the protective film produced basically do not need to do antistatic testing, but most of the protective film used on electronic products must have antistatic characteristics to prevent damage to the product during use, resulting in abnormal production to bring greater loss to the company. 1. The anti-static protective film should be tested before the arrival of goods into the warehouse to ensure that the anti-static value of the protective film is 106 ~ 109.
2. After coating the original film, use an electrostatic detection tool to test it again
3. Ensure that the ESD protective film is clean
4. Ensure the viscosity of the anti-static protective film in the production process
